I forgot my cord for picture uploading at home *fumes*.

But I've gotten SO much done, and have pictures to back it up, but no luck. I finished the body of the Dan & Katie wedding afghan :-D That's the most important news. Now it's just the border, and that doesn't need to be finished until October 15th.

I made an Awareness Ribbon Cloth, in a pink variegated Sugar n Cream Cotton. I'm trying to sell it to the Gifts of Hope gift shop here, which is near the Cancer Center. I'm not sure what I think about the pattern- I like the idea of it, but I think I'd feel weird washing my dishes with an awareness ribbon. I still like how it came out though.

I also made one of the Harry Potter Bookscarves. My sister, JoAnn, is a big Harry Potter fan, so I made it for her birthday, although it's not in time for book 6. Hey, she'll have fun with it in book 7.

Tomorrow, I'm going to a hospital knitting thing- a local yarn shop has knitting classes here on Fridays, and I'm so going. And I'm also going HOME tomorrow. In time for my birthday on Saturday, and also in time for an engagement party. For my birthday, I get my gift, which was some Denise Interchangeables my parents bought me last month and have kept in hiding ever since. Can't. WAIT. :-D
